The cut throat competition at all levels in the job market demands a support system that enables the students of an institution not only the attainment of academic excellence but to find a comfortable placement in life. Ramjas college has always tried to undertake some deliberate measures as well as activities, so that these goals and objectives can be achieved. We have a dedicated career development cell, which regularly organises the career counselling sessions by experts from diverse fields. In addition different career development oriented programs are also held by different departments of college time to time. We facilitate students for goal settings, positive interaction, multiple intelligence, self awareness, IQ, EQ, leadership qualities, inter personal and intrapersonal relationships. We motivate and encourage students for interaction, articulation and exploration. We engage students in activities to realise their interest areas, aspirations and pursue them as a career.
