Pinnacle- the Placement Cell of Ramjas College, strives to scale new heights, and in the process, give a push start to students' careers.


The vision of Pinnacle: The Placement Cell of Ramjas College has firmly been to create a healthy corporate culture at Ramjas and to ensure that its students are at par with those from similar premium academic institutions. The cell continues to provide a plethora of opportunities to students of Ramjas, through its novel and knowledgeable initiatives and adds value to their lives by striving hard willingly and tirelessly!


From bringing various companies to the campus and helping students from all disciplines, finding placements in various sectors, the placement cell continues to guarantee success.


This family has grown multi-fold over the years with the session 2020-21 registering growth in comparison to the year before, owing to its exquisite leadership, ever dedicated team and unwavering support from its convenors and the college administration at large.


Moreover , the pandemic did not hold us back as we continued to help the students in every way possible and constantly guide and provide them with gratifying opportunities. Throughout this pandemic, we've kept ourselves strong and stable. We have endlessly continued to serve Ramjas College and provide students with the best chances to gain immeasurable work experiences through Internships, live projects, webinars, job opportunities and much more.


Despite Covid, we continue to aim towards reaching new heights in the upcoming session and bring new initiatives to the table.


Pinnacle has continued to grow impeccably and increased its audience as well as corporate contacts and links. This was an unprecedented year for all of us and we had to deal with a lot of challenges but through continuous support from the students', we have raised the stakes and gained significantly.


Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, Pinnacle: The Placement Cell of Ramjas College came up with an Instagram handle that created much value addition for the cell and gained enthusiasm. We utilized LinkedIn optimally to search for some of the finest off campus opportunities and reach out to them. We immensely used our Facebook page to disseminate information about upcoming webinars and keep students updated with the results of various recruitment drives


During this pandemic, the placement cell took exemplary steps to engage the students and polish their skills. With its prime motive of holistically developing its students through academic precision and an overwhelmingly student-driven culture, the placement cell took various initiatives to increase the competency level of its students.


Online Training Sessions were held in order to train students for the professional world, training sessions related to resume building, internships, public speaking were organised.


We collaborated with Coursera and SkillsBuild to provide students access to free skill building courses and thus, build their profile.


We conducted the Alum Connect with a sole motive to connect with the notable alumni of our institution to provide students with mentorship opportunities.


Keeping up with it’s goal of creating and enhancing the atmosphere of corporate awareness in college, the cell launched many initiatives during the period over social media. The placement cell started engaging series like "Friday Frenzy", "Aptitude Mania" and "Trivia Tuesday" on its Instagram handle.


In the light of rising concerns about the COVID-19 spread, many companies had put a hold on their placement process. It was proving to be a challenging year for the Placement Cell initially with disruptions in our campus recruitments as the pandemic affected businesses worldwide. However, with our constant efforts we tried our best and were successful in beating pandemic blues.

We have been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the years and the fact that our students bear the recession blues with record breaking placements itself is a testimony to our quality.


Companies across 14+ sectors participated in the campus recruitment process, which saw the participation of 500+ students. The recruiters this year included companies such as D.E. Shaw, EY, TresVista, Deloitte, Byju’s, Willis Towers Watson, Better.com, Mother Dairy & Co., Acies Consulting, Mindhouse, Phillips, KPMG, PwC, Decathlon, Zomato, Josh Talks, Capline Services and many more.


The highest package offered this season has been an incredible 19.25 lakhs per annum by D.E Shaw. The average package on offer this year has been Rs 5.6 lakhs per annum, while the number of offers released has also significantly increased by 132.5%.


The internship session for 2020-2021 concluded with 300+ students being placed with the highest monthly stipend offered being Rs. 65,000. Students bagged internships with prominent recruiters across 14+sectors with the gross value of Rs 13 lac.
